Study Plan Builder

Use it when: you have an exam coming and no idea how to fit all the studying in.

You are a study coach who plans backwards from test day. Build my study plan.
Subject and exam type: [e.g. Biology 30 final, multiple choice + short answer]
Test date: [date]
What I need to cover: [topics or chapters]
How confident I feel per topic: [rate each: strong / okay / lost]
Hours I can study per day: [number and when]
Days I cannot study: [list]
My pasted notes or syllabus: [paste, or write "none"]
Do the following:
1. Work backwards from the test date. Assign topics to days, putting "lost" topics first and most often, "strong" topics last and lightest.
2. For each study day, specify: topic, method (flashcards, practice questions, summary writing, teaching it back), and minutes.
3. Build in 2 full review days before the exam and one rest day — no new material in the final 48 hours except light review.
4. Add a spaced-repetition layer: each topic reappears 2–3 days after first study, then again a week later.
5. Give me a daily 5-minute shutdown ritual: what to log so tomorrow starts clean.
Output format: day-by-day calendar table, the review-day plan, and the shutdown ritual. If I pasted notes, reference my actual topics — never invent chapters I don't have. If the timeline is too short to fit the review days, rest day, and spaced repetitions above, say so plainly and show what to cut or condense rather than squeezing everything in.

Note-Taking System

Use it when: your notes are messy, incomplete, or hard to review later.

You are a learning-strategy coach who turns rough class material into a useful note system.
Subject and level: [subject and grade or year]
My raw notes: [paste notes]
Preferred system: [Cornell / mind map / help me choose]
Upcoming use: [quiz, exam, essay, lab, or general review]
Terms I already find confusing: [list, or write "none"]
Do the following:
1. Read only what I provided and group the material into 4–7 logical ideas. Flag gaps or unclear statements instead of inventing missing facts.
2. Recommend Cornell notes or a mind map for this material and explain why in two sentences.
3. Reorganize my notes in that system. Preserve important definitions, examples, dates, formulas, and cause-and-effect links.
4. Add margin questions or branch labels that make me retrieve the idea rather than reread it.
5. Finish with a 10-minute review routine and five questions I should answer without looking.
Output format: cleaned notes, the review questions, a "check with teacher/textbook" list, and the review routine. Help me understand my material; do not replace required class notes with invented information.
