These Terms of Use apply to promptaipathway.com and everything we offer on it, including our free and paid Prompt Packs, blog posts, emails and any sample prompts on the site. PromptAIPathway is run by Wes Gausman in Calgary, Alberta, Canada (“we”, “us”). By using the site or any of our prompts, free or paid, you agree to these terms, along with our License Agreement, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. Younger users may use our products only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.
1. What our prompts are (and aren’t)
Our Prompt Packs are written instructions you copy into third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot. They are for educational and general guidance purposes only. We don’t control those AI tools, and we don’t write, review or guarantee the answers they give you.
2. AI can make mistakes
AI tools can and do produce answers that are wrong, out of date, incomplete or confidently stated but false. They can make up facts, prices, rules, numbers and sources. Results can also change over time as AI companies update their models. By using our prompts, you understand and agree that:
- You are responsible for checking anything an AI tells you before you rely on it or act on it.
- You make your own decisions. Always do your own research and use your own judgment.
- Any prices, rates, laws, requirements, deadlines or other facts in an AI answer must be confirmed with an official or reliable source.
- We are not responsible for any AI tool’s output, or for what you do with it.
3. Not professional advice
Some of our packs cover topics like money, health and fitness, parenting, pets, careers, home buying, car buying, business and education. Nothing in our packs, on our site, or in any AI answer produced with our prompts is financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, veterinary, mental-health, nutritional or other professional advice. We are not licensed professionals and no professional relationship is created by using our products.
Before making important decisions, such as about your health, your child’s or pet’s health, your money, a loan, a contract, a purchase, your taxes or a legal matter, talk to a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact emergency services right away. Do not rely on an AI tool.
4. Use the prompts responsibly
You agree not to use our prompts or the answers they produce for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or that breaks the rules of the AI tool you’re using. For example, don’t use them to mislead people, write fake reviews, claim AI-written work as your own where that isn’t allowed (such as in school or job applications that forbid it), or harass anyone.
Be careful about what you paste into AI tools. Don’t share passwords, ID numbers, bank or card numbers, or other people’s private information. Each AI tool has its own terms and privacy policy, and your use of it is between you and that company.
5. Purchases, delivery and refunds
Orders are processed by our checkout partner, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, sales tax and file delivery under its own terms. Packs are delivered instantly as digital downloads. All sales are final, as explained in our Refund Policy. Your use of the pack is also covered by our License Agreement.
We try to keep product descriptions and prices accurate. If we find an obvious error in a price or description, we may correct it, and if it affected your order we’ll contact you to fix it or cancel and refund that order. We may change, update or stop offering any product at any time. Changes won’t affect packs you’ve already bought.
6. Results aren’t guaranteed
We test our prompts and work hard to make them useful, but we can’t promise any particular result, such as getting a job, saving money, winning a negotiation or growing a business. Your results depend on the AI tool you use, the details you provide, and your own decisions.
7. Our content
The prompts, pack designs, text and graphics on this site belong to PromptAIPathway. You may use them as described in our License Agreement, but you may not copy, resell, share or republish them except as that agreement allows. Sample prompts and blog posts may be used for your own personal use.
8. Reviews and messages you send us
If you submit a review, comment or message, you confirm that it’s honest, based on your own experience, and doesn’t break any law or anyone’s rights. If you received a pack for free or have a personal connection to us, please say so in your review. You give us permission to display, quote and share your review (with your first name or initials) on our website and in our marketing. We may edit reviews only to remove personal information or offensive language, and we may decline or remove any submission that is spam, abusive, off-topic or misleading.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our products and site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. PromptAIPathway and Wes Gausman are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any loss of money, data, opportunity or health, arising from your use of our prompts, our site, or any AI tool’s output. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved, or CAD $20 if you paid nothing.
Some places don’t allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can’t be waived.
10. Indemnity
To the extent allowed by law, if you misuse our prompts or the site, or break these terms, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.
11. Links to other sites
Our site and packs mention or link to other services, such as AI tools, Lemon Squeezy and social media. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or policies.
12. Suspending access
We may refuse service, cancel an order, or block access to the site or our emails if we reasonably believe someone is breaking these terms, for example by sharing or reselling our packs, submitting fake reviews, or abusing the site.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Alberta, unless the consumer-protection laws where you live give you the right to bring it somewhere else.
15. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term right away, that doesn’t mean we’ve given it up. If these terms and the License Agreement or Refund Policy ever conflict, the more specific document applies to that topic. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can’t be waived, including Alberta’s Consumer Protection Act.
