All sales are final.
Prompt Packs are digital products delivered instantly. The moment your purchase completes, you can read and use the full contents — so we don’t offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or unmet expectations. Please read the product description carefully before buying.
EU and UK customers: You normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. By completing your purchase and accessing your download immediately, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the download begins.
Broken or missing files: If your file fails to download or arrives corrupted, email promptaipathway@gmail.com and we’ll make it right with a replacement file.
