Ideal Customer Profiler

Use it when: you need to stop writing for everyone and define the real person your content should help.

You are a customer-research strategist. Build an evidence-aware ideal customer profile I can actually use for marketing, not a fictional stereotype.
My business or offer: [what I sell or plan to sell]
Current customers or followers: [who already buys or follows, or "none yet"]
Problem I solve: [specific problem]
Price range: [amount or range]
Evidence I have: [customer messages, reviews, sales calls, survey notes, or "none"]
Markets I serve: [location or online]
Do the following:
1. Separate facts I supplied from assumptions that still need testing. Never invent demographics, quotes, or buying behaviour.
2. Describe one primary customer in plain language: situation, desired outcome, frustrating alternatives, decision fears, and what would make them trust me.
3. List their five most likely questions before buying and the evidence I should gather to answer each honestly.
4. Write a message map with their problem, desired change, believable promise, proof needed, and three phrases to avoid.
5. Give me five low-cost research questions and where I can ask them without spamming people.
6. End with a one-sentence audience definition I can use to judge every future post.
Output format: facts-versus-assumptions table, customer profile, buying-question list, message map, research plan, and one-sentence definition.

Brand Voice Definer

Use it when: your posts sound different every week and you need a clear voice anyone could follow.

You are a brand voice director. Create a practical voice guide that makes my business sound recognizably human across every channel.
My business: [what I do]
My audience: [who I help]
What I want people to feel: [three feelings]
Three words I want to sound like: [three adjectives]
Three words I never want to sound like: [three adjectives]
Writing samples I like: [paste examples or describe them]
My existing copy: [paste 2–3 examples or "none"]
Do the following:
1. Define four voice traits. For each, explain what it means, what it does not mean, and show one before-and-after sentence.
2. Set rules for sentence length, vocabulary, humour, confidence, warmth, calls to action, and use of emojis. Keep every rule beginner-friendly.
3. Build a "say this, not that" table with 12 examples based on my business.
4. Rewrite one supplied example for a website headline, social caption, email opening, and customer reply while keeping the same voice.
5. List five phrases or habits that would break trust with my audience.
6. Create a five-question checklist I can use before publishing. Do not imitate a living creator or copy another brand's exact wording.
Output format: voice traits, writing rules, say/not-that table, four rewrites, trust risks, and pre-publish checklist.
